Jack Norton

Mr. Norton is President and CEO of Lea+Elliott, Inc. He directs the day-to-day operation of the company, which provides a broad range of services for all modes of transit, with a special emphasis on automated people mover systems. Mr. Norton provides expertise in planning; contract specifications and procurement; project management; and operations and maintenance support for a wide variety of transportation projects. He works with many clients and teaming partners on a national and international basis to coordinate activities for major transportation projects.

Mr. Norton is well known and highly regarded in the transportation industry, having served as Chair of the ASCE Transportation & Development Institute APM Committee and as a member of the Airports Council International, Airport Consultants Council, American Association of Airport Executives, and the American Public Transportation Association.
