Mark Pilwallis
Mark Pilwallis is a licensed civil and structural engineer with over 20 years of engineering consulting experience, 18 in the state of Arizona. He graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and is currently a Senior Associate with Gannett Fleming, Inc., a nationally recognized planning and design consulting firm. Mark has managed infrastructure design and development projects throughout his career and currently has management and oversight responsibilities for complex development projects throughout the western U.S.
Mark has been a key leader in supporting Sky Harbor for the past several years as the project manager responsible for design and construction oversight of the facilities for the PHX Sky Train™. This transit system will be a convenient and environmentally friendly addition to the Airport that accommodates future growth and improves the connection to regional transportation system.
